An extension of The Cave from Partake LB, Pasta de la Cava is a new Italian concept with a focus on high quality and flavor. Chef Juan and Nicole wanted to bring a fresh new take on Italian food in addition to the gourmet burgers they offer. Some of the great menu items include flatbread pizzas, build-your-own pastas, paninis, and more.
Chefs Juan D. Sanchez and Nicole Nguyen started The Cave Prime Steak during the midst of the pandemic in 2020. As their business transformed from small private dinners to large catering parties, they stayed true to the company's mission: To bring loved ones together for the love of good food.Juan started his passion for steak at an early age. Born and raised in Southern California, he understands the importance of using seasonal local ingredients throughout his menu. He built this business with Chef Nicole to share his love for steak with others. Juan enjoys creating wonderful masterpieces for you and your loved ones in the comfort of your own home.Nicole was raised on cultural cuisine from her father and grandmother. She absolutely loves to surprise guests with unique flavors. Her inspiration comes from her dad's cooking. Although he passed years ago, she believes his spirit lives on in her cooking. Nicole also handles all business operations at The Cave Prime Steak. She ensures your private dining experience is beyond exceptional.
