My culinary journey began 10 years ago when I taught myself to make cake pops to share with family and friends. I discovered my passion for creating unique treats with the power to delight.
It wasn’t easy; there were times when I lost it all. At one point, I almost became homeless, and many people said I wouldn’t make it. Against all odds, I fought to turn my dreams into a reality. I have evolved into what I’ve always wanted: a chocolatier and confectioner.
I have worked hard, expanded my line of desserts, and transitioned working from home into a commercial kitchen. I specialize in handcrafted chocolates, caramels, and bonbons! What makes my chocolates and confections unique is my ability to customize themes, such as implementing company logos and images on to tempered chocolates. In addition, I have the ability to create 3D custom chocolate shapes to meet any special event.
From initial creation to final production, packaging, and delivery, I ensure your purchase arrives as perfectly as when it leaves the kitchen.
