Brothers Ted and Tae Choi opened their first location of Mochi Dochi on busy Sawtelle Boulevard in Los Angeles in 2019.  Their unique corndog batter is made with mochigome, glutinous rice, which gives it a soft and chewy texture. Mochi Dochi offers made-to-order mochi dogs with any combination of three fresh made-from-scratch batters, eight different fillings, and five delicious toppings.Mochi donuts, also known as Pon-de-ring, also feature the mochigome flour and are a delicious hybrid of American donuts and Japanese mochi. Mochi donuts' unique shape and chewy texture set them apart from regular donuts.
